Your new company
This multinational company is seeking an experience Service Delivery Manager/Payroll Business Partner to join this globally recognised company who has an excellent working culture with work-life balance at the forefront. Located in Chatswood. This is an exciting new opportunity within the business that would suit an experienced Payroll Officer/Manager who has previous experience in projects or service delivery.
Your new role
Working closely with the Payroll Manager, HR and IT/ Project Team you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders within the business, assisting with the service delivery of the Payroll process and implementation.
- Supporting the business with any questions or queries.
- Monthly communication to IR leads/People & Culture on key payroll related information (challenges, issues, business support)
- Facilitate and track the resolution and management of over and under payments
- Data review and cleansing of employee information as required
- Business improvement initiatives as approved and prioritised by both Business and Payroll
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and understanding in Payroll processes and procedures. You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to liaise with multiple stakeholders externally and internally within the business. You will have exceptional customer service skills and have the ability to work to strict deadlines and time frames.
