About the role

Working closely with the Accountant, this role will provide finance support across multiple high end projects as well as BAU processes. Our client is looking for someone who has a great attitude, with good presentation and a customer-service focus. This position contributes greatly to the efficiency and success of the business.

Duties

• Collections
• Invoicing
• Tracking invoices
• Forecasting for multiple jobs
• Set up billing terms and schedules accordingly
• Contract reconciliations
• Assist with month end reporting
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Experience

• Ability to use initiative and make decisions
• Highly organised
• Confident, assertive but respectful communication style
• Team oriented
• Architecture, Construction or Engineering industry experience required
• Strong financial experience relating to projects
• Excellent MS Office skills, specifically Excel - required
