Description
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your role will be a highly functional, being a key driver this requires you to understand the entire business. Your key deliverables will include, but won't be limited to:
- Preparation of monthly accounts with accompanying commentary and analysis
- Preparation of financial statements
- Assist in driving annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Working closely with finance and the broader business to ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting
- Identifying areas for process improvement and ensuring timely execution
- Preparation and submission of FBT, BAS and Income Tax return
- Preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts
Profile
You will be CA/CPA qualified and possess a strong technical skill set. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as your ability to liaise and influence a range of stakeholders across the business will be crucial to your success. Preferably, you will have proven experience within a commercial construction or service industry. You will be inquisitive and analytical in nature and will demonstrate strong commercial acumen to enable you to add value in this business critical role.
