The Company
Robert Half are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Officer or Bookkeeper to join a reputable organisation 3 days per week, which is a leader within its field and would be a fantastic opportunity to develop your existing skill set. It is an ideal position for an Accounts Officer who enjoys working in a well-rounded role within a fast-paced environment who has the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
The role is initially temporary but has the potential to go permanent.
The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller your duties will include:
- End to end Payroll
- End to end Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Credit Control
- Bank Reconciliations
- Journal Entries
- Preparation of BAS
- Cash flow management preparation
Your Profile
To be successful, you will be an experienced Accounts Officer or Bookkeeper with 2-3 years previous experience working within a fast-paced environment. You will have a high level of attention to detail, a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. End to end Payroll and Accounts Payable is essential.
Experience using ERP based systems will be highly regarded but is not essential.
