This growing, reputable and high performing property investment group are currently looking to add a Head of Finance & Treasury to their organisational structure. The role will have a large Treasury component, this expertise or proven understanding needs to be there as this is the key experience you will need to bring to the role. A strong financial reporting background and commercial property experience is also high on the agenda.

The group currently have multiple projects under construction and there is a strong pipeline of which debt will need to be secured. In this role you will be arranging new debt facilities, providing progress and investment information to banking relationship managers and proactively forecasting financial covenants. Obviously a high level of attention to detail with regards to compliance is needed and it is important that you can manage important communication to investors and the banks as well as legal, engineering, surveyors and engineering partners on the projects.

Ideally you will have a financial reporting background and have a decent level of taxation knowledge however it will be the level of treasury and banking exposure/experience/relationships that set’s you apart from the competition. This role is a high profile role within the business and you will have full exposure across the property and executive leadership team.

Ideally you will have a CA qualification and have spent some time in a reputable chartered firm however this is not essential. The role would be great fit for someone who is driven, career focused and who wants to work for a leading investor/developer in their space.
