As part of our team you will assist our portfolio of investors and customers by delighting them with the excellent delivery of their expectations.
About The Role
This role is a job share 5 day fortnight with hours being 9am - 2pm.
As part of your role as Trust Account Manager, your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Daily management of the rental trust account for a large rent roll
- Receipting of rents, bond receipts and disbursements, with assistance from our outsourcing team
- Processing of payments
- Reconciliation of the trust account
- All reporting
- End of Month processing
The position requires:
• Previous experience in a similar role advantageous but not essential
• The ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving skills & initiative
• Confidence to deal with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
• Possess a healthy level of business acumen
