Temporary requirement for an experienced Accounts Payable Senior/Supervisor to take on a hands-on role. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join a high performing team. This is expected to last for 3 months, and with a possible permanent opportunity after this.

Due to the urgent nature of this role you will need to be readily available to commence ASAP.

The Role

Oversee and mentor Accounts Payable team
Manage end to end accounts payable function over multiple entities
Approval of payment runs
Dealing with internal and external queries and offering issue resolution
Ad-hoc admin duties as required
End to end processing of large volume
Preparation of credit applications for new suppliers
Reconciliations of petty cash, accounts payable ledgers, together with various account analysis/reconciliations

Skills & Experience Required

At least 4-6 AP experience
Exposure to using a large ERP systems (Pronto, SAP)
High volume processing
Proven experience managing a small team
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Have experience implementing procedures
