Exciting new opportunity to join a world renowned advertising business conveniently based in the CBD. They are looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to join their high performing team. The perfect role for someone looking to take that next step up from a Financial Accountant position.

My client is an global advertising giant who has seen year on year growth. Headquartered in the New York, they are in over 100 countries worldwide and work with some of the most well-known brands in the world.

Description

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Liaising with intercompany partners
• Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Act as main point of contact for audit
• Prepare & Review client's reporting requirements
• Month-end journals, prepayments, fixed asset register maintenance
• Assist with budgets and management reports
• Client profitability reports
• Working closely with internal stakeholders including shared service centre
• Continuous improvement of processes/procedures

Profile

To be successful in this role, you will be ideally CA qualified having some experience in audit although a CPA qualification is also accepted. You will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will have to deal with a variety of stakeholders. You should have a minimum of 5 years of work experience as well as proven experience in a fast paced environment. Previous experience with SOX, and US GAAP would be highly regarded.
