What this opportunity involves:

If you want to take ownership of a role in a collaborative and thriving team, a new opportunity has arisen as a Finance and Administration Assistant within our Property and Asset Management team in Victoria!

This is your chance to sink your teeth into tasks across business development tracking, administration and financial management, and reporting, proactively supporting Senior Leaders of the PAM team on a wide variety of projects!

Snapshot of the role:

  • Facilitate production of documents, agreements and business development submissions
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, fee forecasting and analytical reports to record project financial performance
  • Liaison with interstate and local stakeholders
  • Arranging payment accounts
  • Work closely with fellow support staff to achieve best outcomes for the team

We’re seeking someone with highly developed written and verbal communication skills and advanced secretarial and administrative capabilities! A high level of proficiency in MS Office programs is a must, teamed with outstanding organisational, time management and problem solving skills!

The successful applicant will be a strong team player with an ability to use their initiative and work autonomously. This role requires a high attention to detail, and an ability to priorities tasks and achieve tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on team will be paramount for your success in this role!
