This impressive accounting firm is fast becoming one of the Gold Coast's largest firms due to the visionary leadership shown by it's board of Directors and expert knowledge of their staff. This firm is well established in the heart of the Gold Coast and is growing at a rapid rate. With a service offering that includes tax compliance, superannuation, advisory, bookkeeping, wealth management, superannuation and IT solutions - there isn't much this innovative firm doesn't offer it's loyal client base.
POSITION
Due to rapid growth experienced by this firm, the position of Senior Business Services Manager has been created. This role will have two primary objectives: managing a team of talented accountants and also growing the client base. This is a role that will groom the successful candidate towards Directorship.
CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
- CA/CPA Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in Australian Public Practice
- An ability to conduct new business development and attract new clients
- Exceptional client management and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage, mentor and guide staff
- Ability to provide expert advice to staff
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- A hunger and passion for the accounting industry
BENEFITS
The successful candidate will be remunerated with an above market salary package of $135k package.
