This is a superb opportunity to join an international and highly successfull operation whereby you will be reporting to a knowledgable and supportive National Payroll Manager who enjoys sharing information and leading her team to success! This is a fantastic company that offers stability and career growth but also you will be working closely with various Heads of Business and stakeholders within a people orientated environment.
This role will entail the following duties;
- Intepretation of complex EBA's & Awards
- Run payroll as part of a payroll team
- Process 800 - 900 staff on fortnightly cycle
- Manual and automated terminations and redundancies
- Processing of payroll tax and superannuation
- Assist staff with payroll queries
- Process sick leave, overtime, LSL and parental leave
Ideally you will have the following experience:
- Must have system experience with Chris21 / iChris
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Ideally possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Full function payroll experience
- enjoy working in a friendly and outgoing team
