Intermediate / Senior Accountant needed for Chartered Accounting Firm
We are a growing accounting practice in the heart of North Sydney, in a light and bright office with a young team who are in need of your experience and proactive can do attitude to support their expansion. With a busy and varied workload your key responsibilities will include assisting with managing the taxation financial affairs of SME's and HNWI's
The position would be very hands on with a lot of client contact and also will require completion of monthly and quarterly management reporting for our clients.
Selection criteria:
- A minimum of 4 years' Australian Accounting / taxation experience in a Chartered Firm
- Current accounting qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Handisoft, BGL CAS and Xero
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Experience in people management or team coordination/supervision
- Experience in a client focussed position and ability to build rapport easily
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task
- Experience designing and implementing admin systems and processes
