The Company
Robert Half is currently recruiting for an immediately available Assistant Accountant to join an exciting organisation based in the Inner Suburbs of the CBD.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Accountant to further develop their skills, with a focus on the month end process.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:
• Full function Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Assisting with Month End process
• Bank Reconciliations
• Invoicing and receipting
• Reconciliation of credit cards
• Ad hoc project support where required
Your Profile
To be suitable for this role you will have end to end experience of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable functions. You will have strong organisation, interpersonal and communication skills and have a high level of attention to detail. You will be proactive and willing to learn. You would have recently completed or be close to completing a degree in Accounting and have solid Excel skills. Previous experience using large ERP systems would be a major advantage!
