The Role
Being part of a supportive and collaborative finance team this temporary to permanent Accounts Receivable Officer role will require an ability to work in a fast paced, high volume deadline driven environment. Your duties will include:
- Invoicing
- High volume receipting and allocations
- Banking
- Processing of claims
- Internal and external query resolution
- Reconciliations
- Month-end reporting
Your Profile
To be successful in this role you will be required to have an ability to multi-task and pick up new duties quickly. Additionally you will have very good communication/interpersonal skills and have an ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong systems skills coupled with a confident level of Excel also essential for this role.
