Due to maternity leave, a 6-8 month contract has become available for an experienced Accounts Officer. You must be a proficient user of MYOB and be a self-starter, with the ability to hit the ground running. You will be working within a small finance team and report directly to the Finance Manager. This role will commence in 2 weeks therefore short notice periods can be considered. 



Duties:

• Daily banking
• End to end AP processing
• Process staff expenses
• Debtor control & cash flow forecasting
• Petty cash management
• Bank reconciliations
• Assist with EOM reporting
• Assist with travel bookings
• Admin tasks as required

Skills & Experience Required:

• Several years experience in a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of MYOB
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Good problem solving skills and have a proactive approach
