Our valued client are seeking a full time permanent employee to join their team as a purchasing officer at their head office in Acacia Ridge. This role will see the successful candidate administering and processing purchase orders, co-ordinate ordering and managing the courier and supply of products

The main responsbilities of the role include;

• carrying out the management of reporting on products, date management and order confirmation
• rununing master planning report to ensure management reporting on procurement is accurate
• administer freight forwarding requirements efficiently and effectively
• source and manage the distribution of staff uniform
• purchasing of warehouse consumables
• reporting on inventory
• review and report on frieght time mangement
• problem solve issues with supplier performance
• pro-actively manage supplier contracts and deadlines
• conduct regular supplier reviews
