About the role
Working in a high volume environment, the Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of invoices, ensuring all invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner and are appropriately authorisation and coded. In addition, the role also involves monthly account reconciliation and vendor management.
This is fast paced role and the successful candidate will thrive in a busy, results driven environment.
About you
You’ll bring to the role your energy, your passionate and caring nature and you will have:
- Previous experience in a high volume accounts payable position
- Experience in vendor management and account reconciliations
- Service oriented approach - always looking for ways to help our clients
- Proven time management and organisational skills
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to autonomously and prioritise work
- Knowledge of Work Health and Safety and a commitment to keeping yourself and others safe and well
- The right to work in Australia
