The firm:
This is a 4 partner firm located just outside the city. In recent years, they have built an exceptional reputation with client delivery, growth, employee engagement and progressing people's careers.

The opportunity:
You will provide leadership of technically strong, intelligent accountants and reporting directly to the Partners. There is an opportunity for a pathway to partnership in a few years. You will get involved in everything like supporting staff, managing client relationships, compliance and business developing. You will also have a very strategic focus on how the company operates.

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 7 years' public practice experience
• CA qualified
• Commercial experience
• Strong academic background would be favourable especially Master of Tax or Tax equivalent
• Strong communicator and ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.

Ultimately you will need a lot of Tax consulting experience and have a vested interested in tax complexities and legislation's. A passion for tax is essential!!
