We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our team, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. This role is suited to an individual who will be responsible for providing key commentary, analysis and assisting with the preparation of monthly reports. Other duties include (but are not limited to):
- Management of daily cash flow, reviewing and challenging spend;
- Preparation of key financial & Non-Financial information for shareholders to support cash funding requests;
- Providing regular reports, recommendations and interpretations to Senior Management;
- Production of weekly & monthly accounts and reports;
- Establishment and maintenance of financial and companywide policies;
- Preparation of all statutory & regulatory returns (tax, annual reports, NTRC, AUSTRAC, product fees etc);
- External stakeholder management (eg. Auditors / banks etc);
- Ensuring customer payments are processed and balances reconciled;
- Coordinating with compliance to make sure the company adhere to all regulatory requirements.
- Support all aspects of financial and management reporting including activity based costing, KPI reporting and analysis;
- Work closely with all levels of management and site operations to produce accurate and timely financial and ad hoc operational reports.
The successful applicant will have
- CA/CPA qualification or in progress.
- Experience working within the gaming industry will be looked upon favourably.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical and business partnering skills; and
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate within all levels of the organisation and influence stakeholders.
