About the role:
We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our growing boutique accounting firm. The applicant must have high attention to detail and organisational skills. The position is ideally a full time role however a part time position can be provided.
The scope of work will include bookkeeping tasks for a variety of clients including data entry, creditor payments, processing payroll, preparation of BAS, IAS and superannuation requirements. In addition your tasks will include assisting accountants as required and general office administrative tasks.
Skills and experience:
To be successful for the role the applicant must have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role. The following experience is essential;
- MYOB
- Xero
- BAS/IAS preparation
- Microsoft suite of programs in particular Word and Excel
- Excellent written and oral skills
