Client Details
Located in Bibra Lake, Page Personnel has partnered with a highly diverse and dynamic engineering consultancy to source a highly capable Bookkeeper/Payroll officer/accounts professional. My client has a workforce of 100 people across the blue and white collar space.
Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Payroll - 50%:
- Full function payroll for 100 staff
- Time sheet processing
- Implementation of software
- PAYG, Super payments and reporting
- Accruals
- Analysis of Awards
Accounts - 50%:
- Assisting with AP processing
- Inter-company payments
- Payment runs
- Bank Recs
- General Ledger maintenance and receipting
- Everyday banking
Profile
The successful candidate will have a very strong track record in payroll and accounts. Specifically:
- At least two years' payroll experience
- Previous experience in a sole charge position would be preferred
- Previous experience making payroll tax and Super payments
- At least two years' Accounts experience
Additionally, tertiary qualifications such as Bachelors/Masters Degrees and/or part-complete CPA would be highly regarded for this position
