Our client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer, that has had recent experience in a fast-paced environment. 6 month contract for the right person. For a construction company.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Full function Accounts Receivable
High volume bank & receipting reconciliations
Ensuring all invoice queries are solved in a timely manner
Collect payments for overdue invoices
Customer service and ability to build relationships over the phone
Assisting with other Ad-hoc duties

To be successful you must:

Must have recent full function, face-paced AR experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable
High attention to detail
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to work Autonomously
Experience in a construction company a bonus
Must be able to hit the ground running!
