We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, end to end Accounts Receivable Officer to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities:
- Has a proven record in an end to end Accounts Receivable role
- Preparation and processing of sales orders, matching purchase orders and invoices
- Liaising with clients to ensure smooth and efficient payment of invoices
- Entering data into the CRM system
- Liaising with Department Managers to ensure the correct invoicing of clients
- Preparing job files for installation jobs
- Printing and managing certificates for recertification and installation
- Sending out monthly statements
- Weekly debtor chasing
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Processing credit checks
- Managing contracts
- Processing credit card payments
- Assisting the Training Department and Accounts Payable when required
Skills required:
- Experience in an end to end Accounts Receivable role in a small to medium business (desirable)
- Exceptional customer service manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Basic excel skills
- Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage your own time and adhere to deadlines
- Strong organisational skills
- Professional work place manner
