This Administration/ Accounts position is mainly focusing on both basic accounting functions as well as back-shop business support using OpenCart database system.
Reporting to the Business Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining business and other related sales websites
- Update any new or existing product information online
- Update back end of cash register software to ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Accounts Payable and receivable using MYOB
- Accounts reconciliation
- Preparation of payroll
- Other related duties as required
Previous experience is a similar position is required! MYOB experience is highly regarded!
