AO6 - Revenue Performance Manager
- 6 Month contract with possible extension
- Circa $60 hr + 9.5% super
- Brisbane South Location
An opportunity has become available for an experienced AO6 Revenue Performance Manager with Health Industry experience, to join a supportive team based in Brisbane South.
As Revenue Performance Manager you will be responsible for managing the revenue performance team comprising of the patient option liaison service, revenue reporting and policy and governance functions. Deliver comprehensive revenue reporting and analysis across all revenue functions of the organization as well as operationally within the Revenue Services team. You will also develop revenue policy and ensure governance processes are in place.
The successful candidate will process the following experience and attributes:
- Demonstrated high level knowledge of and experience with the delivery of private patient services within a hospital environment including associated regulatory obligations and financial management practices.
- Demonstrated experience developing metric reporting including the associated analysis and setting of strategies to improve performance.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage successful and responsive client focused teams including well-developed management skills, including high level ability and experience in the areas of planning, coaching, developing staff and performance management.
- Demonstrated high level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills including the ability to interact effectively with senior personnel, maintain positive and effective relationships and provide advice on complex issues.
- High level issue identification, analytical, research and problem solving skills and a demonstrated ability to develop innovative, sensitive and practical solutions as well as implement continuous improvement programs
