Our client is the leading payroll and learning outsourcing provider in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East region with highly trained employees working across 19 countries, delivering accurate and timely payroll and HR services.

They are now seeking a Payroll Administrator to join one of their outsourced teams based in Malvern. 

The primary purpose of this role will be coordinating customer requests via a case management solution, investigating and resolving payroll queries and liaising with the client and off-shore processing team.

This position requires someone who has exceptional customer service skills and resilience.
  
Key responsibilities of this role are:

• Coordinating all customer requests and assigning cases to appropriate teams via a case management system
• Investigate and resolve first level payroll queries from the client
• Customer service, predominately via email

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience in end to end, full function payroll. Due to the nature of this position strong problem solving skills are required as are excellent communication skills. Experience with a case management/ticket system would be desirable.
  
Intermediate Excel skills are also required to perform this role at your optimum.
