This role will suit to either those students who are currently undertaking Accounting & Marketing degrees or the recent graduates who are seeking industry experience. The successful applicant will be responsible for a range of activities across  Accounting and e-Marketing, print media and digital marketing which includes

• Manage all Accounts in MYOB
• 2 years MYOB experience will be preferred
• Accounts Payable/Receivable
• High exposure and experience with MYOB
•  Coordinate all advertising and marketing including direct and online marketing campaigns and email marketing activities
• Assist in designing art work for marketing campaigns
• Assist in designing art work for product brochures & catalogues
• Work closely with vendors for advertising and marketing products.
• Assist with the production of all event-related marketing materials, including programs/brochures, newsletters, signage, media, web and editorial coverage
• Assist in lead generation.
• Lead management in CRM system.
• Work closely with team and vendor's marketing team for the creation of advertising material, corporate literature and other marketing needs.
• Administration of day to day office work
