The role:
You will be responsible for managing the workflow of a team and managing the relationships for your portfolio of SMSF clients. You will meet the clients face-to-face and deal with their queries directly adding value wherever you can and expanding the division. You will be working hand-in-hand with the Head of the SMSF Division to help grow the team, support the team members and run the processes efficiently.

What is required of you?
- You will have 7+ years experience with SMSF Accounting ideally with exposure to large complex clients as this will help you hit the ground running.
- Qualified CA/CPA.
- Impressive verbal and written communication skills are essential if you want to directly deal with clients and manage staff.
- Management experience will be looked upon favourably but this could also suit a strong Senior Accountant who wants to step up. Either way, mentoring/supervising/managing experience will help you in this role.
