Client Details
Our client is a multinational medical devices organisation with constantly expanding operations. Known in the Australian market for it's fantastic culture and offering long term genuine opportunities to their employees. As a result of recent growth in the Australian market, a new role has been created for a Finance Manager to oversee the accounting function for the Australian business.
Role Profile
This role reports directly to the Financial Controller and will include the following duties:
- Responsible for the delivery of high quality financial accounting and reporting for various corporate entities
- Delivery of accounting and month/quarter end close for various Australian entities.
- Identify and drive process improvements to increase the efficiency and quality of outputs from the accounting
- team.
- Management of AP function and 2 accountants
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you will ideally be:
- CA/CPA Qualified with 3-5 years PQE minimum
- Proven ability to drive change and improve processes
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Able to start immediately or at short notice
