An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer for a fixed term position.
Client Details
Our client in the health care industry are currently looking for an outgoing and experienced accounts receivable officer to join their small team. Passionate about health, integrity and delivering high quality at all times this is a meaningful organisation to be a part of.
Description
You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries and responsible for;
• Processing and allocating payments for customers’ accounts
• Following up with any variances that may arise
• Promptly responding to email & phone enquiries
• Engaging with 3rd party debt collectors in order to secure payment
• Writing off old debt that is unrecoverable
• Managing month end statements
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Profile
The ideal candidate will be immediately available for interviews and willing to commit to a 6 month contract that could be extended. You will have 2 years relevant experience in an accounts receivable position and be comfortable liaising with customers over the phone. You will demonstrate an ethical and credible work manner and be a results driven individual.
