Due to the expansion of our business, we're looking for the next finance superstar to join our team in a key role based in Clayton.

Reporting to the Company Accountant and working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, you'll oversee all aspects of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and financial administration for our Coldflow Mechanical business.

As an Assistant Accountant, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Daily matching of incoming invoices with delivery dockets and orders;

• Conducting supplier cheque / credit card payment run;

• Collating and batching invoices and matching against statements and the accounting system;

• Receipting, banking and allocation of customer payments into the accounting system;

• Making arrangements for overdue accounts once approved by CFO or Company Accountant;

• Maintaining Debtors ledger;

• Setting up new customer accounts within the accounting system;

• Liaising with customers regarding general enquiries and disputes and processing adjustments as required;

• Providing reports on daily and monthly sales margins;

Who you are.:

• You're degree qualified;

• You've had previous experience within an accounting role with a drive to grow into an end to end Accounting role;

• You are well organised with strong planning and analytical skills;

• You're a quick thinker and like to think outside of the box;

• You're a team player with the ability to also work autonomously;
