About the role
As part of our Financial Planning & Analysis team your focus will be on preparing annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts for YMCA NSW. I addition you will also provide financial modelling and analysis to support tenders and new business initiatives, use BI and reporting tools to report business performance and add your expertise to stakeholders across the organisation by partnering with them to support business decision making.
About you
You will have highly developed analytical skills, with the ability to analyse large amounts of data from various sources and condense into a logical and streamlined format that makes sense operational leaders. A key part to your success will be your ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, and assist them to build their financial acumen.
In addition you will have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or a related field
Excellent Excel Financial modelling skills
Excellent communication, problem solving and influencing skills
Previous experience working with budgeting and business intelligence tools such as Hyperion Essbase will be highly regarded
