that this This role is to start on Monday and requires an energetic, highly driven candidate to join a high volume performing team
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for yet not limited to :
- Processing invoices 80 - 100 per day
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Statement reconciliation
- Directly liaising with project sites vendors and handling queries both via written and verbal communication
You will be an experienced Accounts Payable professional, with exceptional attention to detail whilst being a self motivated individual. You will be comfortable in a high volume, repetitive, deadline driven environment. You will naturally apply accuracy to this role, yet not get caught up in the detail, speed and processing volume is your strength. Previous experience in a large project environment from Construction or Engineering would be ideal.
