About the business
Triple A Super is an independent Australian company that specialises in Self-Managed Superannuation Fund administration based on a business to business model encompassing Financial Planners, Accountants and Stockbroking. All administration is performed in Australia by highly qualified SMSF administration specialists.
About the role
Within this role you will be responsible for providing key management accounts for the Australia business and also utilising your analysis abilities to the assist the business's commercial activities. This role requires an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with senior staff
This role will include but not be limited to the following:
- Monthly consolidated P&L and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounts payable and receivable input and monitoring
- GST and related tax reconciliations and calculations
- Assist with month end tasks such as journal entries, accruals, pre-payments and reconciliations.
- Preparation of financial reports for the various state and business units
- Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Analysis and interpretation of financial information
- Actively seeking out opportunities to improve processes.

- Data input skills and experience are essential, key systems and Quickbooks, Westpac payway and Intuit accounting systems
- Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
- Experience and skills using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience working in a similar role
- Ability to work as part of a team
