The successful candidate will identify, drive and manage Pricing Strategy and Pricing Roadmaps by reviewing external market environments, market insights and pricing changes within the market as well as work closely with all Product Managers, GM Pricing, Commercial Management, and Finance teams.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and support both tactical and strategic pricing decisions and solutions for customers
- Deliver robust and dynamic pricing models to identify pricing initiatives that drive revenue and deliver to our client's strategy
- Identify, drive and manage Pricing Programs and initiatives across our client's products and services that can also be tracked and measured and meet our regulatory requirements
- Process & Pricing Paper creation: Support price setting & change process for products; Lead Pricing Paper creation where applicable
- Perform or coordinate sensitivity analysis for a bid process
- Work directly with the Product Managers, and Senior Commercial Manager to identify the insights and drivers that determine pricing opportunities that will optimise current product offering and deliver the customer value proposition across all technologies
Essential Experience:
- Ten years' experience in pricing and commercial
- Significant experience in advising C-level executives.
- Experience in leading initiatives with a large and complex legal, regulatory and governance requirements utilising effective milestone management of key stakeholders to ensure that all Pricing project deliverables are completed on-time, & at a very high level of quality.
- Experience in creating and implementing complex pricing solutions in technology organisations.
- Telecommunications or technology experience
- Very strong analytical and commercial skills
- Demonstrated ability to guide multi-disciplines and teams to deliver complex, high-profile, cross-functional projects.
- Ability to understand the relevant cross-functional aspects of any project, ie. The legal/regulatory, technical, operational & commercial elements.
- Strong commercial and business acumen grounded with a practical approach on how to get decisions made.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Accounting/Economics or similar Degree
- Post Graduate study in Business/Accounting/Economics or similar
