This ASX listed business is a very well-known leader within its space with a dominant market position in ANZ and now embarking on an aggressive global growth strategy. Already with a solid footprint internationally the next few years will see organic growth as well as significant M&A activity. With a strong balance sheet and market leading product offering, they require an ASX experienced CFO to execute on this strategy.
You are a proven and experienced CFO with at least 5 years experience within an ASX listed entity – ideally one undergoing change / growth and with operations internationally. You are experienced in cash management and cost allocation and in executing strategies to drive growth in complex, multi-territory, multi-currency environments. You have lead medium sized finance functions covering the full gamut from control, compliance, reporting to shared services, treasury, reporting and FP&A. Ideally you have evolved beyond CFO to COO and have the capacity to take on a broader operational remit. You have the intellectual rigour and commercial acumen to support and challenge the CEO and Board as appropriate. You will lead commercial strategy in the identification of risk as well as the capitalization of opportunities. You are a calculated risk taker and a CFO that is driven by growth and success – this is not a ‘keep it steady’ environment but an opportunity to take a sizeable chunk out of a huge global market.
