We are a fast growing and innovative Accounting, Taxation, Wealth and SMSF administrator seeking an Intermediate to Senior Accountant to join our professional team.

We seek a candidate that can perform Superannuation Fund Taxation and Compliance work for our diverse client base, working both autonomously and as a team player who is willing to take responsibility for specific role functions.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Attend to SMSF fund administration, taxation and compliance
- Liaise with clients
- Liaise with product providers, stock brokers, life insurance companies and investment management firms
- Working as part of a team
- Attend to ASIC and ATO communication
- Other related duties
About The Role
You will be required to perform, Taxation, Superannuation Fund Accounting and Compliance work for our diverse client base, working both autonomously and as a team player who is willing to take responsibility for specific role functions.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Preparation of management reports, financial statements, tax returns and BAS for individual, partnership, company, trust and superfund clients
- Attend to SMSF fund administration, taxation and compliance work
- Liaise with clients to obtain information necessary to complete work
- Working as part of a team to complete client work in a timely manner
- Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients including the ATO and ASIC
- Preparation of correspondence to clients and other bodies as required
- Ordering of SMSF’s, companies and trusts as directed
About You
You are a proactive, self-motivated individual who prides themselves on delivering high levels of customer service with attention to detail, and common sense.
You will have the following:
- 3+ years’ experience in Business Services in an Australian Accounting Firm
- CA or CPA qualified preferred.
- Experience using accounting and taxation software such as Xero, MYOB, Reckon
- Exposure to SMSF Accounting, Administration and Taxation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced technical skills and compliance knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Thrive in a team environment
- Positive attitude, efficient, driven, adaptable and have a willingness to learn and develop
