About the Role/Duties
A day in the role would encompass..
- Entering invoices on a daily basis
- Assisting and running weekly payments
- Reconciliation of the accounts payable and vendor statements
- Ensure deadlines are met for all business activities
- Ensure data accuracy at every step of the process
Skills and Experience
In order to be successful in this role you would..
- Experience in a similar role in the past
- Demonstrated ability to process invoices with accuracy
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Able to work effectively either as an individual or as part of larger team
- Have a drive for ensuring bills are paid on time
