Piper Fitzgerald is currently recruiting exclusively for a leading Chatswood advisory practice, that is seeking a Business Services Manager.

Firm:

This opportunity is with a leading Chatswood boutique advisory practice. They have a varied client portfolio across multiple industries. They handle all financial and accounting needs on behalf of their clients from tax returns and financial statement preparation through to tax planning, financial planning and wealth management. The Business Services Manager will be required to provide high-quality results and support to their clients. The role will be predominantly managing and mentoring the accountants, whilst assisting with managing a client listing. They like to have a laugh in the office and enjoy a team lunch.

Role :

• Managing a portfolio of clients and reporting to the Principal
• Coaching, guiding and mentoring all professional accountants
• Completing analysis of complex advisory and compliance engagements
• Building and developing relationships with existing and new clients
• Ensuring that all Taxation planning, business advice and compliance requirements are provided in timely and efficient manner
• Working closely with the Principal in staff training and management as well as maintaining workflow

Requirements:

• CA/CPA qualified
• At least 7 years experience in tax compliance and business services
• Held a supervisory / management position 
• Strong communication skills and a passion for client service
