Cabrini Technology Group comprises Chemtronics Biomedical Engineering, In-A-Tick Compliance Testing Services, Hospitech Facilities and Asset Management, Chemtronics Direct and AWA Technology Services.
A maternity leave replacement opportunity will be available from the end of August 2018 for a high calibre candidate to provide professional finance support to the AWA part of the business. The position reports to the Director of Business Operations and is the key point of contact for all financial matters relating to AWA.
Responsibilities include:
- End of month close;
- General ledger journals, P&L analysis and trial balance extraction;
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and statutory reporting;
- Maintaining a strong relationship with managers across the states to understand their business units;
- Assistance with budget/forecast preparation;
- Liaising with AP and AR clerks where enquiries require.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Formal accounting qualifications (Bachelor’s degree);
- CPA or progress towards this qualification;
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience;
- High level organisational skills, initiative and drive;
- A positive, results oriented approach;
- Highly developed communication skills;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
