Based in the Melbourne CBD this colourful and unique organisation is on the search for a Finance and Property Officer to join their established team.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Facilitating budget review and developing financial reporting processes
  • Manage property negotiations
  • Oversee compliance with relevant governing bodies
  • Contribute to overall audits
  • Payroll
  • Accounts receivable
  • Reconciliations
  • Stakeholder liaison 
  • Oversee property sales, acquisitions and leases
  • Further responsibilities as required

REQUIREMENTS
  • Relevant financial qualifications
  • Substantial experience in a similar role previously 
  • Exposure to implementation projects 
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • MYOB preferable but not essential 
  • A trustworthy, reliable and committed work ethic
