About the Company
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a well established building business that has been has been in operation for over 40 years. Joining a leader in the construction and building industry this role will see you take your AP experience to the next level while working on exciting multi million dollar projects in a challenging yet fun environment.
About the Role
This role will see you utilise your full function Accounts Payable experience in a close-knit team environment where everyone works fully as a team to ensure tasks are met.
Duties
- Full function Accounts Payable
- Timely and accurate entry of approved supplier invoices into the system
- Ensuring that company policy around approval limits are met and followed in-conjunction with company policies
- Monthly supplier reconciliations for key accounts
- Reconciliation of all company credit cards and quires
- Be the primary point of contact to external suppliers for resolving payment queries.
Experience required
- Experience in a similar Accounts Payable role
- Strong attention to detail along with excellent communication skills
- Experience operating in a team environment
- Problem solver and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to operate in a high volume, fast paced environment
