UNIMIG is an Australian family owned business established in 1985. We offer through our distributor network a comprehensive range of MIG welding, TIG welding, Spot welding, Plasma and gas cutting equipment and welding consumables.
We are currently seeking to employ a full time person to manage Accounts Payable in Villawood NSW. In this role you will report directly to the company’s Financial Controller.
Key responsibilities include:
- High volume AP function
- Processing of invoices in an accurate and timely manner
- preparation of payment runs
- Reconciliation
- Prepare relevant month end and year end reports
- Assisting with other ad hoc duties where required
Required Skill:
- Prior experience in an accounts payable role
- Strong attention to details
- Outstanding verbal and written skills
- Ability to work and deliver to set deadlines
- Intermediate MS word & excel skills
- Knowledge of MYOB EXO system is prefer, but not must
The role is full time Monday to Friday 9am-4:30pm and the successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary package based on experience.
