Our Integrated Facilities Management(IFM) services business line works with some of the world’s leading organisations to provide them onsite Facility Management solutions.

What does this job involve?
You will be based in our Canberra JLL Office. You will support a global organisation. Your role will be pivotal within the management team. You will be responsible for all financial aspects of the contract ensuring that they are met/exceeded. You will own the finance function, profitability and client deliverables including supporting the delivery of KPI commitments.
A broad finance role, you will manage AP/AR and month end reporting/reconciliations, produce Monthly Management Reports for all entities, and create and track budgets; you’ll attend regular client meetings and review the monthly financial performance of the client’s property portfolio.
A snapshot of the role;
 

• Manage Senior client and Finance relationships and partner with Account Director and be the strategic advisor to Account Director
• Support Account Director in managing Contract Variations and Negotiations including contract interpretation and compliance covering amendments, volume & scope management, savings glide paths, reporting and invoicing
• Monitor cost recoverability the profitability of the account and flag risks / opportunities on a timely basis
• Maintain JD Edwards general ledger and ensure appropriate controls are being monitored
• Own the delivery of periodic finance reporting – internally and externally to the client
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes for client as well as JLL’s
• Support, encourage and drive the pursuit of Continuous Improvement and cost saving initiatives

 
What are we looking for?
You’ll be qualified in finance or related degree, and either completed CPA/CA qualifications. You will have minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Your knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills allowing you to liaise across many levels of commercial business and able to explain financials to financial and non-financial colleagues and clients alike. Ideally with experience in the Property or logistics industry, you will have strong verbal and written communication skills with outstanding organisational and time management abilities. Your positive attitude, ability to think innovatively and strong people management and development skills will make you a great fit for the role.
