Our Client is diversified real estate group with a portfolio in the retail, commercial, residential and industrial property sectors in both Australia and the USA.

They are seeking a Project Manager to support the Finance Transformation agenda in delivering a new ERP platform. The role requires an experienced Project Manager with a background in delivering medium to large scale ERP projects.

Responsibilities include:

Developing project plans, planning, executing, tracking and reporting on project activities across the entire program

Identify and respond to risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies across all work streams or other separate inflight projects running in parallel

Managing third party project consulting resources on specific streams of work allocated

Providing leadership and achieving outcomes within tightly controlled time frames

Support with managing the overall budget and program costs.

Managing the input of subject matter experts into key project activities; for example detailed design, business process change, change management, data cleaning and user acceptance testing

Develop project methodology that can be applied to future system implementations from planning, design, deployment and post implementation phases

The ideal candidate would have Minimum 5-8 years’ experience delivering medium to large scale ERP projects. You should have a good understanding of project management, financial systems and business processes. Having excellent communication skills and have experience managing senior stakeholders would be desired.
