Book Keeping / Accounts Administration

We enjoy an outstanding reputation amongst leading builders and architects for creating the highest quality, custom timber windows and doors in some of the most prestigious architectural properties in Sydney.

About the Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, trustworthy and reliable individual to join our dynamic and continually expanding team within the role of accounts administration and book keeping.

Part-time position with a minimum of 2 days per week, preferably Monday -Tuesday. Flexible hours.

Working as part of a supportive, friendly team and reporting to the Company Accountant, you will be provided with the systems you need in order to manage your duties successfully.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Accounts Administration (MYOB)
    • Accounts receivable and accounts payable
    • Credit card and bank account reconciliations
    • Payroll
    • Month end accounting adjustments
    • General administrative support to the Company Accountant
    • Filing and managing various archiving processes

The key selection criteria for this position are:

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel is essential
  • Previous experience with accounts administration using MYOB
  • Superior organisation and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Forward-planner and multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise, yet remain flexible
  • Excellent personal presentation, written/verbal communications and a good eye for detail
  • A real self-motivator who is able to work unsupervised autonomously and as part of a team
