We are currently looking for a hardworking individual who wishes to work within a friendly team environment.
Responsibilities will Include but not limited to:
- Processing General Ledgers to Financial Report Stage
- Liaise with clients both over the phone & via email
- General Administration Duties: including answering the phone, mail & filing
- Provide Administration support to senior staff
- Prepare and assist with Employer Obligations and compliance, such as Payroll, Superannuation, ASIC & Workcover.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong Communication Skills (Both Verbal & Written)
- Experience with Word & Excel
- Strong Knowledge of MYOB & Xero (preferable but not essential)
- Exceptional Attention to Detail
