We are currently looking for a hardworking individual who wishes to work within a friendly team environment.

Responsibilities will Include but not limited to:

  • Processing General Ledgers to Financial Report Stage
  • Liaise with clients both over the phone & via email
  • General Administration Duties: including answering the phone, mail & filing
  • Provide Administration support to senior staff
  • Prepare and assist with Employer Obligations and compliance, such as Payroll, Superannuation, ASIC & Workcover. 

 

The successful candidate will have:

  •  Strong Communication Skills (Both Verbal & Written)
  •  Experience with Word & Excel
  •  Strong Knowledge of MYOB & Xero (preferable but not essential)
  •  Exceptional Attention to Detail
