The Role is managed day-to-day finance administrative tasks as required such as;
· End to end Payable function, including (but not limited to) entering, scanning, archiving and matching supplier invoices with purchase orders
· Maintain Accounts Payable supplier details
· Be able to liaise professionally with vender to fix Accounts Payable issues
· Review payments in line with terms and making sure all creditors are paid in a timely manner
· Follow up with suppliers and internal departments
· Bank and credit card transaction reconciliation
· Maintenance of corporate office petty cash and disbursement
· Manage team member expense claim and corporate card administration
· General customer service/admin to finance related tasks for the business
· Assisting in various financial reporting if required
· Assist in Weekly/Monthly/Yearly financial reporting
· Heavily working with procurement/buying and 3PL team and assisting with process to help and smoothing financial reporting.
· Match invoices to approved purchase orders PO's and delivery documents
· Excellent organisational skills
· The ability to work at a fast pace with accuracy
· Excellent team player and ability to work independently
· Happy to work outside of your job spec
To be considered for this position you will ideally have the following,
3+ years Accounts AP experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Meet tight deadlines and accomplish tasks within a designated timeframe
Strong attention to details
Hardworking
Good attitude
Working with a team of 4 led by the Financial and Admin Manager, you will possess efficient and organised skills with the ability to provide high-level customer service and accuracy skills as well as being proactive in investigating or following up on any discrepancies or queries.
