The Company
Robert Half are recruiting for a client who are growth focused with a strong market presence across Australia. The company has many well-tenured employees and therefore you will be offer plenty of support throughout the contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who is immediately available with strong AP knowledge.
The Role
Reporting to the Accounts Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Full end to end Accounts Payable
- Matching and coding invoices
- Daily allocation of payments
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Resolving queries
- Daily, weekly and monthly account reconciliations
Your Profile
The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
- Exposure to a large ERP
- Degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce
- Strong skills in MS Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
