Role Snapshot
Manage all aspects of the Corporate Financial Accounting Team and ensure integrity of the Group general ledger. Business partner for Corporate business in conjunction with GM Corporate Finance.
How you will contribute
This role will see you being involved in;
- Completing the monthly accounting and reporting processes as required
- Provide people leadership through coaching, on the job training and performance management.
- Manage the consolidations/process eliminations in conjunction with the Group Reporting Team.
- Partner with the Corporate Business to provide finance support and monthly results analysis, including identification of variances to budget and forecast.
- Prepare the monthly forecasts and annual budget for the Corporate Business
- Assist with preparation of financial statements for year end and half year end requirements
Our Ideal Person
- CA/CPA qualified
- Strong leadership and coaching skills and experience
- Strong experience in a similar role
- Experience using Oracle or similar ERP program
- Advanced excel skills
- Used to working in a large organisational environment in a time of significant change
- Driven and confident, you feel comfortable engaging with a variety of different people
